Refund policy

*Exchange*

*All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

*Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

*The exchanges for defective or wrong-sized items are for the exact same product, subject to stock availability.

*Exchanges will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal has been removed. A clear, continuous unboxing video from the sealed package is mandatory for any exchange or missing items requests.

*A reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, the customer will be responsible for sending the item back to our return address.

*Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

*Any issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt assistance.

*Exchanges are not allowed for:

  • Broken seal tag

  • Change of mind

  • Style or colour preference

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer (unless it is a manufacturing error)

*Returns are not available for any orders.

*If an order is not delivered, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the cancellation is approved or the item is confirmed as undelivered by the courier agency. After that your amount will be refund to the original payment method.

*Process Time: Once processed, banks may take up to 5-10 working days to reflect the amount.

*Please note, if you exchange your product for a lower-value item, no refund will be issued for the remaining amount.
